Referral Program

Refer a family member/friend to shop with us, and when they make a purchase of $2,500 or more, you each receive a $250 shopping credit! This credit is kept on your account and never expires. There is no limit to the amount of referral credit you can earn.

Trade up policy 

If you’re looking to upgrade your diamond, and it was purchased from us, trade up with us! We’ll buy back your current diamond for the price it was purchased for, and give you that money to invest in a more beautiful diamond. 


The original diamond must have been purchased from Bay Area Diamond Company. The upgraded diamond must be at least $1 more in value than the original diamond. You will receive the cost of the diamond back as a credit toward your upgrade. 

Lifetime Warranty 

We are part of Preferred Jewelers International’s Lifetime Warranty Program. Through this program, you’ll receive the Preferred Jewelers Lifetime Warranty, which covers: 
- re-tipping of prongs
- resizing
- tightening of stones
- refinishing & polishing
- loose earring backs
- replacement of diamonds up to .20 cwt
- general free lifetime maintenance. 

Jewelry must be brought in every 6 months for cleaning and inspection to stay valid under warranty.

Preferred Jewelers International is a network of independently owned/operated jewelry stores around the US. The warranty can be transferred to other PJI jewelry stores across the nation.
