Layaway:
Merchandise can be placed on layaway with the amount of 25% or more of the purchase price for a period not to exceed 3 months. One-fourth of the layaway amount is to be paid in each of the next three months. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made after the balance has been paid off. Most can be done the same day or within a few days. If you would like us to hold your item after is it paid off, such as in the event of waiting for an upcoming occasion, we will be happy to hold it in our safe until you are ready to take possession.
If a layaway is canceled, the amount deposited less a 10% restocking fee will be issued as store credit. If the restocking fee is greater than the amount deposited, the difference must be paid by the customer.
The original deposit and all subsequent payments will be forfeited if non-payment for 3 consecutive months occurs.
